Role Description This is an internship role for a Student Mentor (Growth Expert) located on-site in Bhubaneswar. The Student Mentor will be responsible for providing personalized guidance for academic and personal growth, building confidence and communication skills, fostering creativity and critical thinking, and developing emotional intelligence and social skills for students. Qualifications Experience in mentoring or tutoring students Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide personalized guidance and support Strong leadership and coaching abilities Empathy and understanding of student needs Ability to foster creativity and critical thinking Patience and adaptability to work with diverse student populations Experience in education or child development is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
