Business Development Executive/Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team in the field of Intellectual Property Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities and developing relationships with clients.  

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the team to create marketing materials and campaigns.
• Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline and track progress in the CRM system.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and potential clients.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients.
• Social media and digital marketing.  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development in the field of Intellectual Property.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of patents and trademark laws and regulations is preferred.
