What You'll Do

• Find and connect with potential leads via

  LinkedIn

  cold email

  , and business directories
• Initiate conversations with decision-makers and pitch Zorion’s services
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain outreach data in CRM and provide regular updates
• Research trends in web development, eCommerce, and digital services to align outreach strategy

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Self-motivated and comfortable with outbound communication
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, or lead gen platforms (e.g., Apollo, Hunter, Sales Navigator)
• Ability to understand client needs and present service benefits clearly
• (For experienced candidates) Demonstrated success in lead generation or client acquisition

Eligibility

• Graduates from any stream (BBA, BCA, BTech, MBA preferred)
• Freshers are welcome — training will be provided

Compensation

• Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience)
• Plus: Performance-based bonuses and incentives on leads converted
