Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential leads through LinkedIn, email, tech events, and other channels.
• Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn messages, and emails to potential clients to present our services and arrange meetings.
• Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and challenges, ensuring alignment with our offerings.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop tailored engagement strategies for prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and lead status in the CRM system.
• Track and report performance metrics to measure the success of outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation, preferably in IT Services or Outsourcing.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with a focus on relationship-building.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
