Key Responsibilities:

• School Outreach:

  Conduct regular visits to schools to introduce and promote our EdTech products and services.

• Lead Generation:

  Identify and generate qualified leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, educators, and decision-makers.

• Marketing & Promotion:

  Execute local marketing initiatives and campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

• Examination Conduction:

  Coordinate and manage examination logistics in schools, ensuring smooth and timely execution.

• Sales Target Achievement:

  Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and lead generation targets.

• Reporting:

  Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and customer interactions. Prepare weekly progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing or Business preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in

  EdTech

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within Thrissur and nearby areas
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
