Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation

1.)Ensure you utilize various platforms like LinkedIn, Tracxn, EV Reporter, ZaubaCorp to identify keys players in your targeted company. 

2.) Subscribe to various news & media channels like Inc42, YourStory, EV Reporter, All India EV for latest updates on the ecosystem

3.) Have a follow up mechanism with leads generated previously.

4.) Ensure you study & document about the company products, location, funding, key personnel, partnerships during your research. 

* Relationship Management

1.) Be in constant touch with the previous leads to know about their journey, current problems they might be facing, etc

2.) Ensure a funnel system is put in place identify hot, warm & cold leads to ensure u focus on high quality leads

3.) Keep sending them updates our community, testimonials, probable solutions we can offer to their problems. 

Pitching Skills:

1.) Use a mirror or other AI tools to identify your pitching tone, script & body language. 

2.) Do peer review of your pitch to identify where you may be good or lacking

3.) Maintain multiple scripts depending on what you are pitching for. Xev.Fin, XEN, Inviting for events, Consulting Projects, etc

Efficiency & Effectiveness :

1.) Have a daily review of your generated leads & identify where they stand

2.) Clearly demarcate the leads based on their product type, current stage, location, etc

3.) Have a daily, weekly, fortnight targets in terms of definite onboarding. 

4.) Speak to your managers to ensure you are on the right track.
