About the Role:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, etc.)
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Research industry trends and client needs to tailor outreach strategies
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls or meetings with prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategy with service offerings
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular reporting on lead generation and conversion metrics

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Experience in a

    digital marketing agency

    or

    content-focused service company

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with outreach tools, CRM software, and lead gen best practices
