Job Description

Identifying lead generation opportunities, coordinating with business generation activities, and developing customer-targeted sales strategies.

Building relationships with customers and expanding the customer network.

Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support.

Building a strong NBFC network; visiting NBFCs regularly for business.

Creating and maintaining a database of prospective customers.

Cold calling and making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing leads and assisting customers through the closing process.

Following up until customers walk into the branch and understanding their requirements.

Providing accurate answers to customer FAQs to increase conversions.

Conducting marketing activities in crowded areas to build awareness and brand recognition.

Distributing leaflets and pamphlets within a 5 KM radius of the branch.

Ensuring the safe submission of gold to Head Office as required.

Handling business at other branches in the absence of staff when required.

Attending monthly meetings at Head Office without fail.

Traveling between branches when necessary for business purposes.

Qualification Requirements:

Educational:

Bachelors degree or diploma in any technology.

Work Experience:

12 years of experience in the Gold Industry.

Technical Skills:

Bachelors degree is required.

Fresher/Experience in sales, lead generation, and prospect management.

Proficiency in regional languages.

Should be presentable and proactive.

Excellent analytical and time management skills.
