Business Development Executives

building relationships, acquiring clients, and growing in international B2B sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with trucking companies, owner-operators, and logistics firms in

    Canada & USA

    .
  • Present our

    Fuel Card & Compliance services

    effectively.
  • Identify prospects, qualify leads, and set follow-up meetings.
  • Maintain CRM records and track client interactions.
  • Consistently achieve weekly & monthly targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in

    English and Punjabi

    (verbal & written).
  • 1–4 years of experience in

    inside sales / client acquisition / B2B sales

    .
  • Strong persuasion, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Preference for candidates with

    North American logistics / trucking experience

    .
  • Comfortable working in a

    target-driven environment

    .
  • Proficiency with

    CRM tools and MS Office

    .
  • Willingness to work in

    evening/night shifts (6 PM – 4 AM IST)

    to match North American time zones.
  • Must be able to work from our office location in Mohali, Punjab

    (no remote option).

Compensation

  • Base Salary:

    20,000 – 30,000/month (depending on experience).
  • Incentives:

    Attractive commissions based on performance (earnings up to 40,000 – 60,000+/month).
