Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive (Sales Closer - end to end sales). The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, communicating value propositions, and executing strategic business development plans. The role requires effective communication and account management skills to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong understanding of Business principles and strategies
• Experienced in Closings and Deal Closure processes
• Strong interpersonal, sales psychology, social selling and relationship-building skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Account Management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Previous experience in finance or investment sectors is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

• 4- 10 weeks probation based on performance.
• Hybrid work after probation.
• Commission only during probation, later base pay + commission during full-time.
