We are a startup based out of Mumbai simplifying packaging solutions for Indian Retails & Export market. Currently we are supplying secondary paper packaging for small stores to big chains. Soon to expand with more products in the same category. Open Position - Business Development Sales (2 positions) Location : Andheri East , Mumbai ( MH ) | On-Site Experience : 1-3 Years Salary : 2-3 LPA (Depends On Performance in the interview) Joining : Immediate Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In Office Looking For : 0-5 years of work experience in Business development, Sales, or Business Management. Pitch to leads and clients through various channels like cold calling, emails, networking and referrals. Product Presentation i.e. Demonstrate products or services to potential customers, highlighting features, benefits, and how they solve customer pain points. Market Research i.e. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings & customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Requirement : 1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field. 2. 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar client facing role. 3. Need to travel for client meetings, business expansion, Exhibitions and industrial meets. 4. Strong understanding on market trends and industry dynamics. 5. Proven track record of achieving sales target and generating new business.
