• Live and breathe business — not just the buzzwords, but the big picture, the numbers, the hustle, and the follow-ups.
• Understand business metrics like people know their Netflix password.
• Have the hunger of a startup founder and the calm of a monk (or close).
• Speak fluent “deck,” “pipeline,” “prospects, “KPIs,” and “let’s circle back.”
• Love relationship building (but not in the toxic way).
Bonus Points If You:
• Have a sixth sense for trends before they become cool.
• Can handle CRM tools without screaming internally.
• Have memes ready for Monday blues and client wins.
