Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in zirakpur . The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing key client , and building relationships to drive company growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, engaging with prospective clients, and maintaining strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Experience in Business management and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven track record in achieving targets and delivering results
• Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Target Audience Identification

Required Skills:

 Good verbal and written communication.

 Confidence in client handling and pitching services.

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and Internet.

 Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation ability.

 Self-motivated, target-oriented, and go-getter attitude.

 Willingness to learn on the job.

 Time management and teamwork.

 Immediate joiners preferred.

 Positive attitude and willingness to work under guidance.
