Business Development Executive - US Shift

Role: BD Executive/Sr Executive

Shift: US Shift - 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential US clients through targeted outreach, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain high-quality lead lists using Apollo.io and other prospecting tools.
• Develop and execute outreach campaigns to book meetings and pitch our staffing services and AI products.
• Engage with leads to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and close new business opportunities.
• Sell and promote our AI product offerings to prospective and existing clients.
• Manage relationships with MSP/VMS accounts, ensuring compliance with SLAs and maximizing program opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records, pipeline stages, and activity logs in the companys ATS/CRM.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and high-quality candidate submittals for client requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in US staffing business development or IT sales.
• Proven success in generating leads, closing deals, and managing client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of Apollo.io or similar lead generation platforms.
• Ability to pitch and sell AI-related products is highly desirable.
• Experience working with MSP/VMS programs and understanding US hiring models.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a US client base.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
