US Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    end-to-end recruitment

    for Non-IT roles (and occasional IT positions) across various industries and clients in the US.
  • Understand the job requirements from hiring managers or clients and translate them into a strong sourcing strategy.
  • Source candidates through various platforms:

    Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn,

    job boards, and internal database.
  • Conduct initial screening, assess candidate fit (skills, availability, work authorization), and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain

    strong candidate engagement

    throughout the process including interview scheduling, feedback coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Ensure

    compliance with US labor laws

    , employment classifications (W2, C2C, 1099), and other client-specific requirements.
  • Build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles.
  • Maintain and update the internal ATS/MIS with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Deliver on assigned targets and meet hiring SLAs consistently.

Required Skills:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience

    in

    US staffing

    , specifically handling

    Non-IT hiring

    (IT hiring experience is a plus).
  • Excellent

    sourcing and screening skills

    using multiple job boards and databases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a

    fast-paced, target-driven

    environment.
  • Flexible and adaptive approach to meet changing hiring needs.
  • Knowledge of

    tax terms and employment types

    in US Staffing (W2/C2C/1099).
  • Should be

    comfortable working in the night shift

    (US timings).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Experience using

    ATS platforms like Ceipal,

    etc.
