Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Bazar Wale — an all-in-one local services and e-commerce platform.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor onboarding, merchant partnerships, customer acquisition, and local marketing to expand our network across Indore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new vendors, merchants, and service providers (grocery, food, medicine, on-demand services, etc.)
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Generate leads through field visits, social media outreach, and local marketing campaigns.
• Present business proposals and partnership benefits to potential vendors.
• Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to implement local campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor trends.
• Handle documentation and coordination for vendor registration and activation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable with field work.
• Ability to meet targets and work under minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of local markets in Indore will be an added advantage.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday — 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹9,582.00 - ₹38,096.51 per month

Expected hours: 35 per week
