Location: Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon (Field-based)

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong existing connections with universities and colleges in the Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon region. This role is crucial for our growth, requiring daily field visits to build and nurture relationships with educational institutions and promote the EarlyJobs AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • University Relations: Proactively identify and establish strong, long-term relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and other key decision-makers at colleges and universities across the designated region.
  • Campus Visits: Conduct regular, pre-scheduled daily visits to campuses to present the EarlyJobs AI platform.
  • Product Presentations: Articulate the value proposition of EarlyJobs AI effectively through compelling presentations and demos to TPOs and faculty.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about the academic calendar, placement cycles, and emerging trends within the university ecosystem.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of potential university partners, from initial contact to successful partnership agreements.
  • Reporting: Track daily activities, meetings, and progress using our CRM system and report on key performance indicators.
  • Networking: Represent EarlyJobs AI at university events, job fairs, and relevant industry conferences to expand our network.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or institutional relations, preferably within the education or ed-tech sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • University Connections: Demonstrated history of building and maintaining relationships with universities in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon is a must.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.
  • Autonomy: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently and managing a demanding daily travel schedule.
  • Travel: Ability to travel extensively within the specified regions for daily meetings.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
