Position: Businesss Development Executive/ Sales Executive (UPSC Vertical)

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented professional with strong UPSC knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrolments, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in guiding aspirants through our UPSC programs and ensuring a seamless enrolment experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Prospecting & Lead Generation

Identify and research potential clients, students, and target markets.

Generate leads through online research, networking, cold calling, and collaboration with local schools and communities.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable learning programs.

Deliver excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute strategies to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.

Conduct persuasive presentations and counselling sessions.

Negotiate and close sales effectively

Market Analysis Stay informed on market trends, student behavior, and competitor activities.

Analyze data to identify business opportunities and improve strategies.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in the CRM.

Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for management review.

Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, and academic) to achieve common goals.

Provide feedback and insights to improve offerings and student experience.

Student Counselling & Enrolment Assistance

Interact with prospective students to understand their academic goals and preferences.

Assist students throughout the enrolment process from course selection to registration and fee payment.

Follow up with leads to encourage conversions.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).

Strong understanding of UPSC exams and related programs is mandatory.

Proven experience across the full sales cycle, including deal closure.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in English or Hindi (both preferred).

Experience using CRM software or sales tracking tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
