Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 1 year of experience in IT services sales to join our growing team. The role involves generating leads, engaging clients, and closing deals in mobile app development, web application solutions, and UI/UX design services. You will work closely with our technical and design teams to ensure successful project acquisition and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other platforms to generate qualified leads.
  • Client Engagement & Pitching: Conduct meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase service capabilities, ensuring clear communication of project scope, technical feasibility, and value proposition.
  • Proposal & Documentation: Collaborate with internal teams to prepare professional proposals, estimates, and timelines aligned with client requirements and budgets.
  • Market Research: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile apps, web solutions, and UI/UX to provide relevant suggestions, while monitoring competitor activities.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and prepare regular performance reports.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 year of proven experience in IT services sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of mobile apps, web app architecture, and UI/UX design workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience working with international clients.
  • Ability to work independently with strong decision-making skills.
