Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, your role involves identifying and targeting potential clients on online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining an effective bidding strategy to secure projects. This includes writing compelling proposals tailored to the requirements of each project and effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our services. Your negotiation skills will be key in closing deals to secure new business. Additionally, you will maintain a database of bids, proposals, and client interactions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met. It is essential to stay updated with platform policies, trends, and best practices related to IT services & technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential clients on online bidding platforms. - Create and maintain an effective bidding strategy. - Write compelling and tailored proposals. - Communicate effectively with clients. - Negotiate terms and close deals. - Maintain a database of bids, proposals, and client interactions. - Collaborate with internal teams. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2.5 years of experience in a similar role. - Bachelors degree. - Strong understanding of Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other bidding platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
