Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer who is proficient in React and Python. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in team handling. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining our web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using React and Python. Design and implement scalable and robust backend services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Mentor and lead a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development. Strong proficiency in React and its core principles. Extensive experience with Python and Django/Flask. Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with RESTful APIs and Web Services. Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in team handling and leadership. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
