Key Requirements: Proven experience (5 to 7 years) in business development within the staffing and recruitment industry. Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and staffing solutions (permanent & contractual). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong client relationship management and networking skills. Bachelors degree in any field.
