● Identify potential clients and assist in expanding business opportunities in the AdTech and performance
marketing domain.
● Support the sales team in prospecting, lead nurturing, and converting qualified opportunities.
● Manage the fullsales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales support.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and app developers.
● Understand client objectives and recommend suitable performance marketing or AdTech solutions.
● Collaborate with internal teamsfor campaign execution and performance optimization.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
● Analyze sales performance and provide regular reports and insights.
● Stay updated on AdTech trends, mobile advertising platforms, and competitor activities.
● Work closely with product and marketing teams to refine pitches and sales strategies.
● Ensure clientsatisfaction and identify opportunitiesfor upselling and cross-selling.
● Minimum 1.5 years ofsales experience (AdTech / performance marketing / app growth preferred).
● Strong understanding of digital marketing, user acquisition, and mobile attribution tools.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
