Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the staffing and recruitment space.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with HR and decision-makers.
  • Pitch recruitment services like permanent staffing, contract staffing, and project hiring.
  • Support in meeting sales and revenue targets.
  • Conduct basic market research and generate leads.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers can apply).
  • Strong interest in client interaction and sales.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of CRM tools or recruitment platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to network and build professional relationships.
