Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and other prospecting methods.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions aligned with Test 2 Build’s services.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (technical, operations, and finance) to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company’s services.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer needs, and service improvements.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
