Job Description

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Lead generation via calls, emails, LinkedIn & digital channels
  • Qualify prospects and initiate sales conversations
  • Present IT services to potential clients
  • Schedule demos/meetings with technical teams
  • Manage CRM (Zoho/HubSpot) and sales funnel
  • Collaborate on proposals and RFPs
  • Meet monthly targets and follow up with leads

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

  • 1–3 years of inside sales experience in IT/Software services
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and target-driven

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

  • Experience selling software development, cloud services, or managed IT
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo
  • Understanding of IT trends and client needs
