Job Title: Business Development Executive (Team Lead)

Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive (Team Lead) with a minimum of 3 years of experience. This role is designed for a target-driven professional who has mastered the sales cycle and is ready to lead by example. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, closing deals with senior executives, and coordinating team efforts to align with our marketing and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. High-Level Stakeholder Engagement
C-Suite & Legal Outreach: Directly engage and schedule meetings with "high-ticket" decision-makers, including CEOs, CFOs, Finance Directors, and Legal Heads.
Professional Representation: Act as the primary point of contact, explaining complex services to senior leadership with clarity and authority.
Strategic Networking: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn research, and high-end networking events.
2. Sales Management & Closing
Full Sales Cycle: Lead the process from initial prospecting and "cold calling" to final contract negotiations and deal closure.
Presentations: Prepare and deliver professional presentations tailored to the specific needs of finance and legal departments.
Objection Handling: Confidently address concerns with the help of Operations team raised by clienta to ensure a smooth purchase process.
3. Team Leadership & Strategy
Mentorship: Assist the team in navigating gatekeepers and closing difficult leads; provide guidance on high-stakes communication.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality content (proposals, brochures, videos) that appeals to executive-level prospects.
Reporting: Lead weekly update meetings to track lead progress and provide market feedback to senior management.
3. Team Leadership & Strategy
Mentorship: Assist the team in navigating gatekeepers and closing difficult leads; provide guidance on high-stakes communication.

4. Database & Marketing Coordination
CRM Oversight: Ensure the client database (Excel/CRM) is meticulously maintained with accurate data on senior contacts.
Brand Development: Oversee advertising campaigns and participate in industry exhibitions or conferences to promote the brand at a domestic and international level.
Preferred Criteria & Skills
Experience: 3+ years in Business Development or Sales, specifically dealing with corporate clients or professional services.(Real Estate/RERA experience is a plus).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to speak the language of Finance and Law.
Leadership: Proven ability to coordinate tasks and motivate a team toward collective targets.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends and legal/financial shifts.
