We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven freshers to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and promoting our BIM-related services. This is a target-based role that offers excellent learning and growth opportunities for candidates passionate about communication, sales, and business growth.
Research and identify potential clients through professional platforms.
Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and messages to introduce our company and services.
Maintain follow-ups with interested prospects and schedule meetings for the senior team.
Work on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM or tracking tools.
Support the business team in market research, client communication, and presentation preparation.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional and outreach activities.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and persuasion abilities.
Confident, proactive, and eager to learn about client handling and sales strategy.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, MS Office, or CRM tools will be an advantage.
Comfortable working under targets and deadlines.
Fixed Salary (as per company standards) + Performance Incentives based on target achievement.
