Position: BIM MEP Engineer (Scan to BIM)

Who we’re looking for:

▪ Minimum 2 years’ experience in BIM MEP

▪ Hands-on expertise in Revit & point cloud-based modeling

▪ Strong coordination & parametric family creation

▪ Immediate availability preferred

Required Skills

Mechanical & Plumbing:

Pressure & slope piping, ducting, firefighting layouts

Equipment & pump room detailing

Revit parametric family creation

Electrical:

Cable tray, conduit, lighting/power layouts

Fire alarm & telecom systems

Revit parametric family creation

Salary: ₹3–₹5 LPA (Based on experience & expertise)

Start Date: As soon as possible
