Open Positions:

BIM Architect – Scan to BIM

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

Key Skills:

Proficient in architectural modeling and steel structure based on point cloud data

Strong understanding of LOD specifications

Experience in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Recap

Ability to interpret complex scan data and produce accurate as-built models

Family creation

BIM MEP Engineer – Scan to BIM

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Key Skills:

Solid experience in MEP modeling using point cloud data

Familiarity with clash detection and coordination

Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks and Recap

Family creation

Candidate Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Proven track record of delivering BIM models on Scan to BIM projects
