About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven freshers to join our Business Development team.As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and promoting our BIM-related services. This is a target-based role that offers excellent learning and growth opportunities for candidates passionate about communication, sales, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
· Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and messages to introduce our company and services.
· Maintain follow-ups with interested prospects and schedule meetings for the senior team.
· Work on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM or tracking tools.
· Support the business team in market research, client communication, and presentation preparation.
· Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional and outreach activities.
Skills and Qualification
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal, presentation, and persuasion abilities.
· Confident, proactive, and eager to learn about client handling and sales strategy.
· Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, MS Office, or CRM tools will be an advantage.
· Comfortable working under targets and deadlines.
Compensation
· Fixed Salary (as per company standards) + Performance Incentives based on target achievement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,185.41 - ₹10,565.15 per month
