We are currently looking for a skilled MEP BIM Modeler to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects. Job Description: As an MEP BIM Modeler , you will be responsible for developing and managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) BIM models to ensure efficient project execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Revit and experience working on complex MEP systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage MEP BIM models using Revit . Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate coordination. Interpret project specifications and produce detailed MEP layouts . Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within models. Ensure compliance with BIM standards and industry best practices. Work closely with design and construction teams to optimize MEP workflows . Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeler . Proficiency in Revit with hands-on experience in MEP modeling. Strong understanding of MEP systems , BIM standards, and workflows. Ability to coordinate with structural and architectural teams .
