Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate MEP BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and proficiency in Revit MEP or related BIM software. You’ll be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate MEP models in coordination with architectural and structural teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify 3D MEP BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural disciplines.
• Prepare detailed drawings and documentation from BIM models.
• Assist in clash detection, model updates, and project deliverables.
• Ensure all models meet project standards and company BIM protocols.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling (freshers with Revit knowledge can apply).
• Basic understanding of MEP systems and BIM workflows.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹21,251.58 - ₹37,209.99 per month
