Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled MEP BIM Modeler with 2–3 years of proven experience delivering BIM models for US-based projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Autodesk Revit, including the ability to create and manage parametric families for Mechanical and Plumbing systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update Mechanical and Plumbing BIM models in Revit for US commercial and residential projects.
• Create, modify, and maintain parametric Revit families to support project-specific requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free, integrated models.
• Interpret and apply US codes, standards, and project specifications within BIM workflows.
• Support project teams with shop drawings, schedules, and detailed documentation.
• Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with BIM execution plans.
• Collaborate with project managers and BIM coordinators to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience working on US-based MEP projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP with advanced knowledge of parametric family creation.
• Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Understanding of MEP systems design and documentation standards.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality BIM outputs.
• Exposure to BIM 360/ACC platforms
