Job Description

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution
  • Keep track of market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
