Job Description Position : Business Development Executive (BDE) Company : Sudo24 Learning Private Limited Location : Noida (with remote options available) Experience Level : 0–2 years Salary : ₹3 to 5 LPA + Incentives Employment Type : Full-time Training Provided : 1 week of comprehensive training followed by 1 week of on-the-job training 🔑 Key Responsibilities Lead Engagement : Contact and follow up on company-generated leads to pitch skill development products. Needs Assessment : Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate training solutions. Sales Conversion : Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies. Market Feedback : Provide insights on customer preferences and market trends to the product development team. Continuous Learning : Stay updated with product knowledge to effectively communicate value to prospects ✅ Desired Skills & Qualifications Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills. Sales Acumen : Experience or interest in sales, particularly in educational or skill development products. CRM Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software to manage customer interactions.
