Needs Assessment : Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate training solutions. Sales Conversion : Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies. Market Feedback : Provide insights on customer preferences and market trends to the product development team. Continuous Learning : Stay updated with product knowledge to effectively communicate value to prospects ✅ Desired Skills & Qualifications Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
