Job Description

As a Sales Executive specializing in Software Sales (SaaS) at our company located in Central Bangalore, you will report to the Lead or Assistant Manager in the Sales Department. With 0 to 3 years of experience, including freshers with strong communication skills and interest in software sales, you are invited to apply for this role. Your primary responsibility will be to support end-to-end software sales activities, particularly focusing on engaging with accounting professionals such as Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and Accounting Firms. Building strong relationships with reseller networks will also be a crucial part of your role. You will actively contribute to lead generation, conduct product demonstrations, and utilize CRM systems for sales tracking purposes. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in implementing sales strategies for SaaS products in the Accounting & Compliance segment. - Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through various communication channels. - Collaborate with Tally resellers and other networks to drive sales partnerships. - Deliver product demos and presentations to potential clients. - Analyze client needs and recommend suitable SaaS solutions. - Maintain and update CRM systems to manage leads and sales pipelines effectively. - Follow up on sales opportunities and facilitate deal closures. - Travel locally as required to meet clients and resellers. - Engage in industry events, webinars, and sales campaigns. Requirements: - Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or IT. - Ideally, have 0-3 years of experience in software sales, SaaS, inside sales, or field sales. - Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Basic knowledge of accounting software, especially Tally, is advantageous. - Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus. - Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and excel in a target-driven sales environment. - Be open to local travel within Central Bangalore and its surrounding areas. Key Competencies: - Display a genuine passion for technology-driven solutions, particularly SaaS. - Approach problem-solving with a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset. - Show high energy levels, self-motivation, and a proactive work approach. - Function effectively as a team player with strong follow-up and coordination skills. - A basic understanding of the Accounting and Compliance domain, particularly CA/CS, will be beneficial.
