Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and meet sales targets consistently.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and account updates in the CRM system.
  • Address and resolve customer questions, inquiries, and complaints effectively to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 2  to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, Ayurveda, cosmetics, or nutraceutical industries.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong track record in sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.
