Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. 2. Help BDM for Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the Gems and Jewellery industry. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. 4. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales strategies and promotional campaigns. 6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services. 7. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties. 8. Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. 9. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities. 10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand professional network and generate leads.
