Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Development Officer, located in Begusarai. The Development Officer will be responsible for managing annual giving campaigns, engaging in communication with donors, and developing philanthropy strategies. The role involves fundraising activities and conducting research to identify and target potential donor bases. The Development Officer will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing donors and ensuring that all fundraising goals are met.

• Strong Research abilities
• Effective relationship management and customer service skills
• Proven track record of meeting fundraising targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Prior experience in the financial sector is a plus
