Job Description

To proactively manage customer relationships, generate business from new and existing customers, and close sales of process equipment (filtration, drying systems, heat exchangers, reactors, etc.), maximizing revenue and profitability. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets. Generate and follow up on business inquiries for filtration, drying systems, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, reactors, and solid dosage equipment. Manage and expand business for ANFDs, dryers, and reactors within assigned territory. Identify and convert new customer opportunities across sectors (pharma, specialty chemicals, agrochemicals, etc.). Coordinate with internal teams (sales proposal, design, estimation) to ensure timely submission of quotations and order closures. Plan and execute promotional activities (exhibitions, seminars, customer meets). Maintain accurate reporting via CRM tools, Excel, and email. Preferred Candidate Profile: Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Chemical / Production); MBA preferred Experience: 38 years in capital equipment sales, especially in: • ANFDs, dryers, reactors, heat exchangers, pressure vessels • Pharma, chemical, agrochemical industries
