Job Description

Main Requirement: We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven expertise in bidding on freelancing platformsespecially Upwork—for a company specializing in mobile app development, website development, and digital marketing services. Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities on Upwork and other freelancing platforms for services such as web/app development, custom software, and digital marketing3578. Research potential clients and craft tailored, high-quality proposals to maximize bid success578. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction35. Negotiate project terms, close deals, and achieve/exceed monthly sales targets58. Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends245. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction126. Track and report proposal success rates, sales pipeline progress, and other KPIs using CRM tools256. Handle video calls and client meetings, including during late hours to accommodate international time zones35. Stay updated with freelancing platform updates, digital marketing trends, and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our services2. Requirements Proven experience with bidding and business development on Upwork (mandatory), preferably for IT/web/app development and digital marketing projects3578. Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, content marketing, paid ads). Demonstrated lead generation and client acquisition skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities345. Experience handling international clients and working across time zones. Proficiency with CRM software and online collaboration tools26. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong accountability and initiative. Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Willingness to travel, if required.
