Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Executive

who is fluent in

Hindi

and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role demands proactive engagement with clients across India, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions from our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and new client segments.
Present, promote, and demonstrate SANeForce s software solutions to prospective clients.
Engage with clients in Hindi (and English/Tamil if applicable) to ensure clear communication and relationship building.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for customized solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (preferably in SaaS/IT solutions).

Fluency in Hindi

(mandatory) with strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Self-motivated with results-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with B2B sales cycles in the software/IT domain.
