Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in contributing to our company's customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM to drive our sales growth and optimize lead management. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, creating persuasive proposals, bidding on projects, and ultimately boosting sales for our services. You will be expected to: - Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails within the Indian region and internationally. - Understand the needs and requirements of customers to provide tailored solutions. - Direct qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. - Achieve quarterly revenue and lead generation targets by closing sales effectively. - Research accounts, pinpoint key decision-makers, and generate interest in our services. - Expand and maintain a prospect database within your designated territory. - Collaborate with channel partners to nurture the pipeline and secure deals. - Conduct compelling online demonstrations for potential clients. - Meet monthly quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls, as well as appointments and meetings. - Exceed quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales objectives. - Offer solutions and support based on client needs, address inquiries promptly, and conduct follow-up calls effectively. Key requirements and skills for this role include: - Demonstrated success in inside sales, particularly in selling Salesforce services. - Over 2 years of experience in inside sales, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce products. - Consistent track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to achieving sales objectives. - Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with potential customers. - Previous experience in bidding for Salesforce projects on platforms like Upwork. - Proficient analytical and time-management capabilities. - Familiarity with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integration, and custom development. - Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce is essential. - Previous experience in selling Salesforce or cloud-based solutions is advantageous.,
