Job Description

Website Development, SEO, SMM, SMO, Google Ads, Content Marketing, and Branding Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for

    Digital Marketing Services

    (Website Development, SEO, SMO, SMM, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Conduct

    field visits, client meetings, and presentations

    to convert potential leads into long-term clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure

    repeat business and customer satisfaction

    .
  • Develop and implement

    sales strategies and business plans

    to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Generate leads through various channels including networking, references, field sales, and digital platforms.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a

    sales team

    to achieve overall business targets.
  • Prepare and present

    sales reports, forecasts, and market insights

    to management.
  • Stay updated with

    latest digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Business Administration/Marketing/IT

    or equivalent (MBA preferred).
  • 2+years of proven experience

    in Business Development / Sales in

    Digital Marketing, IT, or Advertising industry

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    Digital Marketing services (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Web Development, Branding, etc.)

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to

    generate own leads

    and close deals independently.
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience in

    building and managing a sales team

    .
  • Willingness to travel for

    field meetings and client acquisition

    .
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
