We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales for our HRMS & Payroll software solutions.
The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in selling software solutions related to HRMS, payroll, or SaaS products.
The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
o Identify and target potential clients (SMEs, large enterprises, and organizations) to sell HRMS & Payroll software solutions.
o Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
o Develop a solid understanding of client needs and business challenges to tailor software solutions accordingly.
o Conduct product presentations, product demonstrations, and sales calls to prospective clients.
o Explain the benefits and features of HRMS & Payroll software solutions clearly and effectively.
o Address client questions and objections and provide solutions to meet their needs.
o Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
o Regularly follow up with prospects and clients to maintain strong communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
o Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating target markets.
o Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
o Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and the latest HRMS & Payroll software innovations.
o Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to management regularly.
o Work closely with the marketing, product, and support teams to ensure smooth sales processes and the delivery of optimal customer service.
o 2-3 years of proven experience in selling HRMS, Payroll, or SaaS software solutions.
o Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex software solutions in a simple and understandable way.
o Strong presentation skills, able to engage and influence key decision-makers at all levels.
o Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
o Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
o Understanding of HRMS and Payroll software, or a willingness to quickly learn the product offerings.
o Basic knowledge of the HR and payroll management processes.
o Ability to identify client pain points and propose solutions that align with their business objectives.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
o Proactive approach to lead generation and solution selling.
o A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field is preferred.
