Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and trustworthy individual to join our team as an Inquiry Manager / Business Development Executive / In-House Client Manager. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with junior-level experience who are eager to learn, handle client inquiries, and support business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming inquiries and provide prompt, professional responses.

Assist with client coordination, follow-ups, and support.

Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth client management.

Contribute to business development by identifying potential opportunities and supporting sales efforts.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and client interactions.

Ensure confidentiality and handle all information with trust and professionalism.

Requirements:

Gender: Male (due to extended working hours)

Education: Graduate (any discipline) – freshers welcome; junior-level experience is also acceptable.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle pressure and work long hours

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, etc.)

Quick learner with a proactive attitude
