Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you will act as both a growth strategist and trusted advisor, identifying new opportunities and fostering long-term client and channel partnerships. With a consultative approach, your focus will be on understanding client needs, curating bespoke experiences, and building the Rossia brand&aposs presence across B2C channelsboth offline and digital.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Consultation

  • Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, stylists, and corporate buyers.

  • Understand client preferences and provide customized product recommendations or design solutions.
  • Manage post-sale client experience to ensure loyalty and referrals.

Market Expansion & Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify new business opportunities, including luxury collaborations, pop-ups, exhibitions, and boutique partnerships.

  • Develop partnerships with wedding planners, stylists, interior designers, and influencers.
  • Research and onboard premium retail or online platforms to enhance brand visibility.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.

  • Attend luxury events and exhibitions to represent the brand and convert leads into clients.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and track them through the CRM system.

Brand Advocacy & Representation

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, articulating the Rossia story and design philosophy with passion and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, storytelling, and content that resonate with your client base.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform product development and brand positioning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related fields.
  • 25 years of experience in luxury sales, business development, or client relations (jewelry or fashion industry preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Passion for fine jewelry, design, and aesthetics.
  • Comfortable working with targets, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, etc.).
