VACANCY: PAN-INDIA Areas: Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Bengaluru, Trichy, Coimbatore, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Hubbali Detailed Job Role Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers, increase product visibility, and achieve sales targets. KRA (Key Responsibility Areas) Product promotion, sales achievement, client relationship, market feedback, compliance KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Achieve Sales volume, daily calls/visits, conversion rate, report timeliness, customer rating Job Purpose / Summary: To promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, build strong relationships, increase product visibility, and achieve defined sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities & Duties (KRA): Product Promotion: Promote assigned pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers. Sales Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals. Distribution Management: Collection of stock statements, Collection of Orders from distributors, Adhering to the sales Credit Policy. Market Intelligence & Feedback: Collect and report competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory, ethical, and company compliance standards in all promotional activities. Role & responsibilities
