Job Description

As a Sales Business Development Executive (BDE) for the ERP software of the company, your role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales for the property and tenant management ERP software. Your primary goal is to understand the challenges faced by clients in real estate operations and provide them with tailored ERP solutions to enhance efficiency, transparency, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential clients such as property management firms, PG Owners, etc. - Conduct market research to comprehend customer needs and industry trends. - Present and demonstrate ERP software solutions to property and tenant management clients. - Develop strategic sales plans and pipeline forecasts to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure client needs are met. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in accordance with company policies. - Maintain strong post-sale relationships for upselling, referrals, and renewals. - Attend property and real estate expos, tech events, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility. - Provide market feedback and contribute to product development and marketing strategy. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or property management software. - Knowledge of the property management, real estate, or tenant services industry. - Strong understanding of ERP platforms and how they address operational challenges. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment. - Tech-savvy with CRM systems, lead management tools, and basic knowledge of cloud-based solutions. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience in selling to landlords, property managers, or housing cooperatives. - Knowledge of real estate compliance, leasing cycles, and tenant communication workflows. - Familiarity with property management-specific ERP platforms.
